How We Met

A LinkedIn follow, a workshop, and a mind built for this work

Blažka started following me on LinkedIn. We exchanged a few messages, and then in February 2026 she came to one of my workshops. She was proactive from the first moment, and it showed in how quickly things moved: a sharp mind and a real instinct for both business and building a coaching practice. After years of doing my work, I recognized it right away.

She was curious about how to price her coaching program properly, so after the workshop she also booked a discovery call with me. She decided to start working together in April 2026.

Building the Foundation

From scattered skills, through market research, to a clear strategy and system

  1. Clarified her true niche and built one coherent program

    Connected her existing skills, methods and tools into a single, clearly named offer for high-functioning overthinkers who feel stuck between "life works on paper" and "this doesn't feel like me."

  2. Designed and ran a real market research survey, in English

    In a short time, she got more than 60 responses, mostly from a highly educated audience in Ljubljana. The feedback helped her see clearly who her actual ideal client was, and who wasn't, and how to improve the program so people would truly believe in the transformation it leads them toward.

  3. Used the market research to finalize her positioning, pricing, and messaging

    Turning the results into a structured, engaging description of her 8-week 'Conscious Life Redesign' program that speaks directly to her audience, then calculating her pricing and clarifying her marketing preferences.

  4. Built a marketing and branding plan across her channels

    Clarified the topics for her future newsletter, social media and in-person workshops, based on what the market research showed people were genuinely interested in. Also built a promotion plan for the workshops, with a target date for the first one in autumn 2026.

  5. Mapped her full sales process, from first connection to close

    With scripts for every stage of the sales process, so selling never felt like pushing, but like genuinely helping and an invitation into transformation.

  6. AI tools and systems

    We reviewed which AI tools she could use to optimize her business processes, including Claude prompts.
