I'm Alja — a business strategy coach for coaches, facilitators and therapists, and a former market researcher for companies including AstraZeneca, Unilever and IKEA.

I've been coaching practitioners through positioning and business development since 2019, while watching AI reshape the industry in real time. This report draws on industry data, conversations with 250+ practitioners across 4 continents, and a genuine belief that the practitioners who position themselves thoughtfully now will be the ones still doing meaningful work in 2035.
