I’m Alja, a certified coach and business strategist with a background in corporate market research for global companies including AstraZeneca, Unilever and IKEA, and an MSc in Health Economics.
In 2019, I left the corporate world to build something aligned with who I actually am. That transition taught me everything I now bring to the people I work with.
