Business, Career and Inner Empowerment Coaching
I grew up in the early nineties on a small farm in Lukovica, Slovenia, surrounded by nature, family, and a connected community.
From a very young age, understanding people and their behaviors felt like second nature to me. I would observe those around me, noticing how their experiences—whether of pain, loss, or love—shaped their lives. I loved being around people.
I felt grateful for the love and support I had, and this deepened my compassion for others. Encouraging people to realize their full potential was something I did instinctively since I remember. For example I’d be the one tutoring my neighbours and writing out a school performance program for my class.
Life brought its own challenges when I lost my mother and grandparents during my teenage years. This period taught me a lot about grief, strength, and the importance of living fully in the moment. It pushed me to become my own source of healing and motivation.
As a saggitarous (& ‘ENFJ’ by Myer and Briggs and a ‘Generator’ by Human Design if you care about these things) I’ve always been very adventurous. This lead me to study in the Netherlands, solo travel to Southeast Asia, travel to 32 countries in total, and later to live in a campervan in New Zealand, embracing life’s simplicity.
Unsure of which career path to follow, I started by earning a degree in Business and Economics to gain a broad understanding of how the world works. I then pursued a master’s in Health Economics, hoping to direct my knowledge toward helping others.
In my early career, I navigated the Dutch corporate landscape in Rotterdam, handling analytically demanding projects in regulatory medicinal reimbursement and commercial market research for major companies like AstraZeneca, Amgen, Pfizer, IKEA, Unilever, Danone, and Heineken.
Though my global consultancy roles offered valuable opportunities, connections, and insights into science, business, and strategy, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it wasn’t the right fit for my people-oriented personality or the person I aspired to become.
I wanted to connect with people on a more personal level and make a meaningful impact by empowering them holistically—an area where society, I believe, still has a long way to go. In 2019, I completed a five-day intensive course to earn my coaching certification.
Shortly after completing my coaching course—and despite limited support from those around me—I took the bold step of leaving my corporate job to pursue my passion for coaching. With my training as a professional coach, I launched my own practice, marking one of the proudest and most empowering moments of my life.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of supporting over 220 individuals one-on-one and guiding 500 others in workshops. My clients span diverse nationalities—New Zealand, the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, and more—and include corporate managers, social entrepreneurs, teachers, photographers, and other growth-focused individuals. Together, we work to deepen self-awareness, navigate challenges, and build purpose-driven lives and careers.
Initially, I offered single or 3-session packages, but they weren’t sustainable. After analyzing client challenges, I created flexible, psychology-based programs for lasting results. Meeting people from diverse backgrounds deepened my understanding of psychology, job markets, and relationships, while also helping me build my conscious solopreneurship business and develop skills in website building, BD, and marketing.
Being a coach isn’t always easy, as the profession often carries a mixed reputation. At times, I feel misunderstood, even though my goal is to help others and create the life I aspire to.
That’s why connecting with like-minded communities is essential for me. Women’s circles, conscious entrepreneurial networks, and peer groups give me a sense of belonging and the motivation to keep moving forward.
To maintain balance and stay connected to the broader business landscape, I’ve taken on various roles and projects. These include contributing to initiatives in Learning & Development, organizational culture change, team building, upskilling, entrepreneurial community management, and strategic marketing for purpose-driven organizations.
In my free time, I teach Yoga Nidra, a conscious relaxation technique, within my community.
In the meantime, I’m embracing a conscious lifestyle. My Dutch partner, our cat, and I have moved to the Slovenian countryside, where we enjoy gardening, long walks, hosting friends and family from around the world, organizing Yoga Nidra classes, and building a stable, free future.
I’m continually striving to find balance between stability and purpose while navigating life’s ups and downs.
My coaching is shaped by my own experiences of finding a meaningful career, building a conscious business, and staying true to myself in my relationships and lifestyle. I know what it’s like to feel lost or stuck, and I use those experiences to guide others.
However, I believe that your path is yours alone—I’m here to guide, not to give advice or claim to know what’s best for you. My approach combines compassionate support with a focus on both personal growth and actionable outcomes—on your terms. I may share stories and strategies that have worked for me and my clients, but how you adapt them is entirely up to you.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible people from all walks of life. Each client has taught me as much as I’ve helped them, and together we’ve created lasting change. I strive to offer my services at rates that are both fair and accessible, shaped by the feedback of those I’ve worked with. I believe deeply in the value of what I offer and remain committed to making it available to those who need it.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your personal or professional life, I’d love to support you. Whether you’re looking to grow as a person, advance your career, or start a conscious business, we can work together to make it happen. This journey is about more than just achieving goals—it’s about finding joy, meaning, and fulfillment along the way.
