From Passion to Her First Paid TAO Face Yoga Program

How Our Collaboration Began

Anita first contacted me after seeing one of my responses in an entrepreneurial Facebook group. For me, that’s always a beautiful way for a collaboration to begin: through a natural, direct connection.

Shortly after, we met on a video call where Anita shared more about her vision. She had already spent over 20 years working as a primary school teacher and had deep experience guiding people and holding space for learning. Alongside her teaching career, she had also been practicing and studying TAO face yoga for years.

She knew this work had transformed her life and she felt a strong desire to share it with other women. The challenge was not the knowledge or passion – it was how to turn that passion into a clear offer and a sustainable business.

Creating clarity and structure BEFORE SELLING

In our work together, we focused on building a solid foundation for her future business.

Step by step, Anita:

  • defined her ideal client (women 35+ interested in natural beauty, health and feminine energy)
  • created a clear 5-week online course structure,
  • conducted a market research survey to validate the idea,
  • set a price aligned with the value of her work,
  • developed the core messaging and structure for her website,
  • and designed a simple marketing and sales process.


One thing that stood out immediately was Anita’s dedication. She completed every assignment thoroughly and took the process very seriously — while still working full-time as a teacher.

Launching her first program

After developing her program “TAO Face Yoga – The Light Codes of Roses”, Anita promoted her first free introductory webinar through Facebook and her community.

The results of her very first launch were already encouraging:

  • 30 people registered for the webinar
  • 16 attended live
  • 3 participants enrolled in the paid course

 

This meant that her very first launch already covered the investment in coaching.

But even more importantly, Anita gained something far more valuable: a positive first experience as a paid teacher of TAO face yoga.

Before our work together, she had often shared her knowledge for free. Through this process, she stepped into her role as a professional guide and created an experience that her clients were happy to invest in.

Building the platform for long-term success

Today Anita has much more than just one course.

She now has:

✔a complete program structure,

✔a clear marketing strategy,

✔a defined sales process,

✔and practical systems for running her work.

 

She also integrated her own unique element into the program — the “Light Codes of Roses”, symbolic energetic images that represent the feminine qualities she wishes to share with women through her work.

With this foundation in place, Anita now has something incredibly valuable: a platform she can build on for many years to come.
