I’m Alja, a certified coach and business strategist with a background in corporate market research for global companies including AstraZeneca, Unilever and IKEA, and an MSc in Health Economics.

In 2019, I left the corporate world to build something aligned with who I actually am. It wasn’t easy. But that transition taught me everything I now bring to the people I work with.

I adapt to you. A creative art therapist building her first program needs a different language, pace and energy than a corporate facilitator structuring a scalable B2B methodology. I hold space for both. The emotional process of building a business — the fear, the resistance, the self-doubt that shows up between sessions — is as much part of our work together as the strategy itself.
