I first met Marjeta when she attended my Hang Out & Grow workshop in May. The connection was immediate and natural. During a casual conversation, we touched on both of our experiences in balancing multiple offerings — in her case, yoga, astrology (djotiš), and crystal workshops. She mentioned her uncertainty about when to schedule a second yoga class at her home studio.
I shared how I had recently helped another client make that exact decision using market research. We also discussed why structured, time-bound programs (like an 8-week course) can be more beneficial than flexible pass cards — not just for clients’ transformation, but also for the entrepreneur’s ability to manage time and take breaks without guilt.
By the end of the workshop, Marjeta asked about my business coaching services. We scheduled a 45-minute discovery call, during which I walked her through my program. She received a clear proposal and said yes on the spot.
Over 6 × 90-minute sessions (plus tailored homework), we focused on:
1. Clarifying & Structuring Offers – Defined clear, complementary packages for her yoga, astrology (djotiš), and crystal services. Designed 3 targeted market research surveys in Google Forms.2.
2. Market Research & Data-Driven Decisions – Collected and analyzed responses to understand her audience’s preferences on timing, pricing, and bundling.
3. Creating Marketing Messages – Crafted authentic and compelling descriptions for each service. Developed her personal brand story for her website, social media, and print materials.
4. Marketing Strategy Aligned with Her Energy – Built a promotion plan that felt natural — focusing on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, with repurposed long-form content.
5. Gentle, Ethical Sales Process – Designed a non-pushy sales approach tailored to her introverted style. Practiced real-life sales scenarios and refined her discovery call flow.
6. Action Calendar & Boundaries – Created a 2-month plan integrating client work, marketing, sales, and personal time. Discussed why offering services for free can undermine both perceived value and personal energy — and how this habit often mirrors weak boundaries in other areas of life. Explored how to confidently set and maintain boundaries with clients, collaborators, and in personal relationships.
We wrote everything down in her session notes, which she can access at any time in the future to refresh her memory on any aspect of her strategy.
Marjeta decided to continue working with me in another 6-session program (6 x 90 min). This time it was a little less structured – we met when she needed me, with what she needed me.
1. Improving her sales process
We chatted about Marjeta’s real people encounters and what to say to them in certain moment of the relationship. A lot of emphasis was put into developing the non-formal connection as Marjeta can come across as a very direct person, but her potential clients sometimes need more nurturing.
2. Website messaging and organization of pages
She was building her website with another external vendor, who was arranging her Google ads as well. Meanwhile, we made sure that the messaging spoke to her audience and it positioned her as an authority.
3. Flyer messaging
We dedicated 2 sessions to detail every single word on her flyer, for all three of her services:
The aim was that messaging encourages people to take the next step in the sales journey: such as book a discovery chat with her.
