1. FREE DISCOVERY VIDEO CALL
In this video call, you’ll share your background, current situation, and goals. If I feel I’m the right coach for you, I’ll explain how we can work together. If not, I’ll refer you to someone who can help. Either way, you’ll be one step further and gain value.
2. COACHING AGREEMENT
If we both agree it’s a match, I’ll send you a coaching agreement and an invoice via email. Once I receive both, we’ll officially be ‘a coach’ and ‘a client’ for the program’s duration.
3. PLANNING SESSIONS
We’ll schedule 6 weekly sessions, allowing flexibility to reschedule as needed. To maintain momentum and discipline, I recommend completing them within a maximum of 9 weeks. Before our first session, you’ll receive access to a private Google Drive folder with session notes and resources.
4. COACHING PREPARATION
Come fully prepared into the session. This means create mental space, be in a private room where no one can distract you for the full duration of the session, have the technology ready to support you (dial into the video call 5 min before + do a short mindfulness practice), and have a notebook & pen ready!
5. OUR CONNECTION
Our relationship is an important baseline. This is why I make sure to plan for informal check-in prior to any session, to catch up, get to know each other better, and be compassionate with each other.
6. WITHIN EACH SESSION
We start with an informal check-in and intention setting, followed by focused work according to the program. If applicable, we’ll discuss any homework before closing with a check-out to reflect on the session. Soon afterward, you’ll receive access to the session notes that Alja creates during our call.
7. COACHING METHODS
In moments of indecisiveness or self-doubt, I’ll guide you through breakthroughs, sharing stories or personal experiences along the way. Progress is always better than stagnation, and I’m here to help you do your best.
8. IN-BETWEEN SESSIONS
If you have any questions or need support between sessions, you can reach out to me via email or WhatsApp. I will respond to you as soon as I am able, considering my other commitments.
9. CELEBRATION
After our last session, our work together is complete. This is the time for you to express any unmet needs and provide feedback to help me enhance my service. Additionally, I may inquire if you’d be willing to share a testimonial publicly (optional).
