A market needs to be specific, focusing on a particular group of people who are dealing with certain challenges and/or desires. The more you narrow down your niche, the better your chances for getting in early and succeeding in the long run.

In this session, I’ll guide you through some thought-provoking questions and real-life examples to help you focus. Together, we’ll identify your main service and niche in a way that feels liberating and authentic to you, rather than limiting.

Just like a menu at a bar, your clients want to know exactly how you deliver your services to address their specific challenges and desires. The clearer you are, the better! 

Offering too many options without a straightforward process can overwhelm potential clients and make you seem unfocused, leading them to question your reliability.

In this session, we’ll explore from a behavioral psychology stand-point what it truly takes for people to transform and achieve their desired results through your services. By defining your structured approach, you’ll not only clarify your offerings for your clients but also set yourself up for a higher value in the market and successful income planning.

In this session, we’ll dive into market research to understand what similar services are charging and how your unique offerings stand out. We’ll create a market research study to gather insights from real people in your network and explore pricing strategies, such as promotions and payment plans, to help you set rates that honor both your work and your clients’ journeys.

The actual market research will be conducted in the week following this session, and by the end of it, you’ll have a clear and confident pricing structure that reflects the value of your program and resonates with your target audience.

Now, and only now, are you ready to create copy for your website. If you already have a site with web hosting, you can keep the platform and design while updating the messaging based on what we create in this session. If you don’t have a website yet, I’ll provide clear steps to help you get started after our session.

In either case, we’ll work together in a Word document to craft a compelling homepage, service descriptions, and an “About” page that truly connects with your visitors. The goal is to ensure that every word on your website informs, inspires, and invites your audience to take the next step with you. We’ll articulate your mission, story, values, and the unique benefits of your offerings in a way that feels genuine and reflects the essence of who you are.

Once your website is up and running, you’ll see that a successful business isn’t just about the front-end experience; it’s also about having strong back-end operations to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’ll outline the systems and processes that will help you stay organized and efficient, creating a clear plan to set them up. This includes your management system, sales and payment processes, accounting and taxes, client data management, and service delivery based on your offerings.

By the end of this session, you’ll have a solid back-end infrastructure in place to support your business operations, allowing you to focus more on your clients and less on administrative tasks.

This week, we’ll dive into the psychology behind your clients’ decision-making journey and explore how you can guide them from interest to commitment in an authentic and supportive way.

We’ll break down the stages your clients experience—from becoming aware of their problem to considering solutions and ultimately deciding to work with you. You’ll learn how to address their concerns, build trust, and showcase the value of your offerings at each stage of the process.

We’ll also discuss effective sales techniques, like e-mail campaigns and visibility initiatives, that resonate with your audience. This isn’t just about closing a deal; it’s about building lasting relationships. Whether through one-on-one conversations, discovery calls, or email sequences, you’ll be equipped to connect with potential clients effectively.

By the end of this session, you’ll have a comprehensive marketing plan that combines effective social media use, e-mail marketing, in-person networking, and visibility strategies to build your brand and attract your ideal clients.

First, we’ll dive into primary social media channels that align with your audience and business goals. Whether it’s Instagram for visual storytelling or LinkedIn for professional networking, we’ll identify the best platforms for your brand and create a strategy for consistent and impactful engagement—covering content, posting frequency, and audience interaction.

Beyond social media, we’ll discuss the power of e-mail marketing and in-person networking. Building relationships through events, meetups, and conferences can open doors to valuable connections and opportunities. We’ll strategize on how to leverage these interactions to boost your visibility and credibility.

We’ll also explore visibility strategies like hosting workshops, festival booths, webinars, or speaking engagements to position you as an expert and attract new clients by showcasing your skills.

Creating a structured action plan for the next two months will help you stay organized and ensure that all areas of your business are covered. This week, we’ll design a detailed calendar that includes:

  • Content Creation: Plan creating your blog posts, videos, and other content to keep your audience engaged.
  • Sales: Outline your sales activities, follow-ups, and informal relationship building.
