In this session, we’ll dive into market research to understand what similar services are charging and how your unique offerings stand out. We’ll create a market research study to gather insights from real people in your network and explore pricing strategies, such as promotions and payment plans, to help you set rates that honor both your work and your clients’ journeys.
The actual market research will be conducted in the week following this session, and by the end of it, you’ll have a clear and confident pricing structure that reflects the value of your program and resonates with your target audience.
Now, and only now, are you ready to create copy for your website. If you already have a site with web hosting, you can keep the platform and design while updating the messaging based on what we create in this session. If you don’t have a website yet, I’ll provide clear steps to help you get started after our session.
In either case, we’ll work together in a Word document to craft a compelling homepage, service descriptions, and an “About” page that truly connects with your visitors. The goal is to ensure that every word on your website informs, inspires, and invites your audience to take the next step with you. We’ll articulate your mission, story, values, and the unique benefits of your offerings in a way that feels genuine and reflects the essence of who you are.
Once your website is up and running, you’ll see that a successful business isn’t just about the front-end experience; it’s also about having strong back-end operations to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’ll outline the systems and processes that will help you stay organized and efficient, creating a clear plan to set them up. This includes your management system, sales and payment processes, accounting and taxes, client data management, and service delivery based on your offerings.
By the end of this session, you’ll have a solid back-end infrastructure in place to support your business operations, allowing you to focus more on your clients and less on administrative tasks.
This week, we’ll dive into the psychology behind your clients’ decision-making journey and explore how you can guide them from interest to commitment in an authentic and supportive way.
We’ll break down the stages your clients experience—from becoming aware of their problem to considering solutions and ultimately deciding to work with you. You’ll learn how to address their concerns, build trust, and showcase the value of your offerings at each stage of the process.
We’ll also discuss effective sales techniques, like e-mail campaigns and visibility initiatives, that resonate with your audience. This isn’t just about closing a deal; it’s about building lasting relationships. Whether through one-on-one conversations, discovery calls, or email sequences, you’ll be equipped to connect with potential clients effectively.

Beyond social media, we’ll discuss the power of e-mail marketing and in-person networking. Building relationships through events, meetups, and conferences can open doors to valuable connections and opportunities. We’ll strategize on how to leverage these interactions to boost your visibility and credibility.
We’ll also explore visibility strategies like hosting workshops, festival booths, webinars, or speaking engagements to position you as an expert and attract new clients by showcasing your skills.
Creating a structured action plan for the next two months will help you stay organized and ensure that all areas of your business are covered. This week, we’ll design a detailed calendar that includes:
- Marketing: Schedule your social media posts, advertising campaigns, and networking events.
- Content Creation: Plan creating your blog posts, videos, and other content to keep your audience engaged.
- Sales: Outline your sales activities, follow-ups, and informal relationship building.
- Onboarding: Set up calendar invites for new clients and ensure a smooth start to their journey.
- Providing your service: Plan your sessions and any additional support or resources you’ll provide.
- Administration: Allocate time for routine administrative tasks, such as managing finances and updating records.
- Family & Sports: Balance your professional responsibilities with personal time for family and sports to maintain overall well-being.

1. FREE DISCOVERY VIDEO CALL
In this video call, you’ll share your background, current situation, and goals. If I feel I’m the right coach for you, I’ll explain how we can work together. If not, I’ll refer you to someone who can help. Either way, you’ll be one step further and gain value.
2. COACHING AGREEMENT
If we both agree it’s a match, I’ll send you a coaching agreement and an invoice via email. Once I receive both, we’ll officially be ‘a coach’ and ‘a client’ for the program’s duration.
3. PLANNING SESSIONS
We’ll schedule 8 weekly sessions, allowing flexibility to reschedule as needed. To maintain momentum and discipline, I recommend completing them within a maximum of 12 weeks. Before our first session, you’ll receive access to a private Google Drive folder with session notes and resources.
4. COACHING PREPARATION
Come fully prepared into the session. This means create mental space, be in a private room where no one can distract you for the full duration of the session, have the technology ready to support you (dial into the video call 5 min before + do a short mindfulness practice), and have a notebook & pen ready!
5. OUR CONNECTION
Our relationship is an important baseline. This is why I make sure to plan for informal check-in prior to any session, to catch up, get to know each other better, and be compassionate with each other.
6. WITHIN EACH SESSION
We start with an informal check-in and intention setting, followed by focused work according to the program. If applicable, we’ll discuss any homework before closing with a check-out to reflect on the session. Soon afterward, you’ll receive access to the session notes that Alja creates during our call.
7. COACHING METHODS
In moments of indecisiveness or self-doubt, I’ll guide you through breakthroughs, sharing stories or personal experiences along the way. Progress is always better than stagnation, and I’m here to help you do your best.
8. IN-BETWEEN SESSIONS
If you have any questions or need support between sessions, you can reach out to me via email or WhatsApp. I will respond to you as soon as I am able, considering my other commitments.
9. CELEBRATION
After our last session, our work together is complete. This is the time for you to express any unmet needs and provide feedback to help me enhance my service. Additionally, I may inquire if you’d be willing to share a testimonial publicly (optional).
